The City of Berkeley announced the release of the Public Review Draft Adeline Corridor Specific Plan and Draft Environmental Impact Report. The Draft Plan articulates a vision and specific goals and actions for the area along Adeline Street and a portion of South Shattuck Avenue.
This is an area of rich cultural history and economic diversity, and one which faces acute challenges such as displacement and rapid increases in the cost of housing.
The Draft Plan reflects inputs gathered at dozens of community meetings and workshops held since 2015.
The City invites community members to read the Draft Plan and EIR online at the project website at:

The City looks forward to additional input on the Draft Plan over the coming weeks and months.

El Ayuntamiento de la Ciudad de Berkeley anunció la publicación del la Reseña Pública del Borrador del Pasaje de Adeline asi como el Borrador del Reporte de Impacto Ambiental. Este documento articula los planes, actividades y metas específicas para el area alrededor de la calle Adeline y una porción de la Avenida Shattuck al Sur.
Esta es un area con una rica historia cultural y económicamente diversa que se enfrenta a grandes retos como el rapido incremento en costo de vivienda y el desplazamiento.
El Borrador refleja información recolectada desde el 2015 en docenas de juntas comunitarias y talleres.
